Our state-of-the-art facility is conveniently located on Saddle River Road in Fair Lawn, New Jersey. Dr. Jody Bardash

Dr. Jody Bardash is one of the lead clinicians at Dental Professionals of Fair Lawn, a family and cosmetic dentistry practice based in Fair Lawn, New Jersey. With over 30 years of experience, Dr. Bardash is dedicated to providing the Fair Lawn community with caring, high-quality dental services.

He completed his undergraduate education with both Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees from Yeshiva University and earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine in 1989 from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Dr. Bardash further honed his expertise through residency programs in General Practice and Craniomandibular Dysfunction at Hackensack University Medical Center.

Dr. Bardash joined Dental Professionals of Fair Lawn in 1990 and has since remained at the forefront of dental innovations. He is a proud member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), the American Dental Association (ADA), the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, and the American Society for Dental Aesthetics. Additionally, he serves as an Clinical instructor at Hackensack University Medical Center, Englewood Hospital, The Allergan Medical Institute ,and he is certified in Craniomandibular Dysfunction and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.

Recognized as one of the top dentists and leading facial injectors in the country by the Consumers’ Research Council of America for the past 25 years, Dr. Bardash is committed to excellence in dental care. His dedication extends beyond his practice through his involvement in humanitarian missions with the Health & Humanitarian Aid Foundation (HHAF), providing medical and dental care to underserved communities.

Before embarking on his dental career, Dr. Bardash was a history teacher, an emergency room technician, and a program manager for services supporting developmentally disabled children. His commitment to helping others is evident in his active involvement in local schools and synagogues. In his free time, Dr. Bardash enjoys spending time with his wife of over 25 years, their children, and grandchildren.

Dr. Michelle Mirza

We would like to introduce our newest member of the Dental Professionals Team, Dr. Michelle Mirza. She is committed to quality patient care, comfort, and taking a gentle approach in order to make the appointment as pleasant as possible. Dr. Mirza completed her undergraduate education at Stevens Institute of Technology in Chemical Biology and earned a Masters of Biomedical Sciences at UMDNJ before receiving her dental degree from New York University College of Dentistry. After completing her training, Dr. Mirza finished residency at Hackensack UMC Mountainside. Dr. Mirza is an active member of the New Jersey State Dental Association, the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and local county chapter dental societies. Dr. Mirza enjoys all aspects of restorative, cosmetic, and general dentistry, as well as treating children. Dr. Mirza believes that there is nothing like the power of a healthy smile, and that through education, prevention, and conservative care, it is achievable for all in an enjoyable environment.

When she’s not in the office, Dr. Mirza enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, and exploring NYC.

Dr. Anna Bonaiuto

Dr. Anna Bonaiuto earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Fordham University in 2006. She completed her DMD at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 2010, where she graduated with honors. Dr. Bonaiuto continued her education with a three-year residency in Orthodontics, and received her Certificate of Orthodontics at UMDNJ in May of 2013. She is a Board eligible orthodontist. Dr. Bonaiuto is a member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, New Jersey Dental Association, and the New Jersey Association of Orthodontists. She is dedicated to staying abreast of the newest techniques and technology in orthodontics, and has studied the Damon bracket system under one of the world’s most prestigious Damon doctors – Dr. Frank Bogdan. She currently resides in Hoboken, New Jersey, where she lives with her husband and their dog, “Bear.”

Dr. Ari Bardash

Dr. Ari Bardash is a dedicated dentist with a passion for providing compassionate care and exceptional dental services to his patients. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from New York University College of Dentistry in 2019, where he honed his skills and knowledge in various aspects of dentistry.

Following his graduation, Dr. Bardash pursued advanced training through a General Practice Residency (GPR) at Phelps Memorial Hospital, further solidifying his expertise in comprehensive dental care and patient management.

Dr. Bardash is committed to staying at the forefront of dental advancements and continuously expands his skills through continuing education and professional development opportunities. His areas of focus include preventive care, restorative dentistry, cosmetic treatments, and patient education.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Dr. Bardash finds joy and fulfillment in his role as a husband and father. He and his wife reside in Fair Lawn, where they are raising their five children. Dr. Bardash's dedication to family values resonates in his approach to patient care, emphasizing empathy, trust, and personalized treatment plans tailored to meet each patient's unique needs.

When not in the office, Dr. Bardash enjoys spending quality time with his family, exploring outdoor activities, and contributing to his community. His commitment to excellence in dentistry and genuine care for his patients make him a valued member of the dental community in Fair Lawn and beyond.

Dr. Etan Bardash

Etan Bardash, a New Jersey native, is an accomplished dentist known for his comprehensive dental expertise. He completed his education at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine and pursued further training in a General Practice Residency at Hackensack University Medical Center. Dr. Bardash's practice encompasses the entirety of dental care, showcasing proficiency in restorative procedures, endodontics, and various cosmetic dentistry techniques. His commitment to holistic facial aesthetics extends beyond dentistry, seamlessly integrating botox and dermal filler facial injections into his repertoire. Beyond his professional life, Dr. Bardash is an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys playing and watching games, a passionate traveler exploring the world, and always seeking adventurous activities. His unwavering dedication to excellence and innovation stands as a testament to his commitment to providing top-tier dental and facial care to his patients.

Dr. Jonathan Mendia

Dr. Mendia is a Dentist Anesthesiologist and the founder of the Advanced Dental Anesthesia Services Group. A New Jersey native, he attended Rutgers University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Nutrition. He then earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.

Directly following Dental School, Dr. Mendia completed a rigorous postdoctoral residency program in Dental Anesthesiology at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC). Dr. Mendia’s anesthesia training involved hospital rotations through various specialties providing general anesthesia in the areas of dentistry, general surgery, otolaryngology (ENT), pediatrics and obstetrics. Lastly, he received specialized training for office-based anesthesia.

Today, Dr. Mendia has found his niche in ambulatory anesthesia with pediatric and special needs patients. He is also a local, national and international guest lecturer who provides continuing education courses on sedation and medical emergencies in the dental office.

Dr. Mendia is a Diplomate of the National Board of Dental Anesthesiology and a Fellow of the American Society of Dental Anesthesiology. In addition, he is also a part of the following: American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, American Society of Dentist Anesthesiologists,

New Jersey Dental Association, and American Dental Association. He holds certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and is a Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider, training local dental offices for certification.

Get to Know Dr. Mendia:

Dr. Mendia resides in northern New Jersey with his wife and three children, all of which keep him very busy! A fun fact about Dr. Mendia, is that he loves following the weather and when he was younger, he wanted to be a meteorologist! His personal interests vary; he enjoys taking the kids to the zoo and Central Park; in the Fall you’ll find him at sporting events. He enjoys traveling to Long Beach Island and to warmer climates in the Winter.

Dr. Yonatan Bardash

Yonatan (Yoni) Bardash, MD, is a distinguished cosmetic physician practicing in New Jersey and New York. A graduate of the Zucker School of Medicine, he holds a distinction in research, reflecting his commitment to advancing medical knowledge. In addition to his role as an Anesthesiologist at Hackensack University Medical Center, Yoni serves as the Medical Director of the MEDibar Medical Spa, where he combines artistry and expertise to deliver exceptional cosmetic care.

Devoted to education, Yoni is deeply involved in training and mentoring aspiring injectors and cosmetic specialists, ensuring the highest standards of patient care. Beyond his professional endeavors, he is driven by a passion for humanitarian work, having volunteered on medical missions in Ghana, Africa. He further demonstrates his dedication to combating illness by serving on the board of the Glioblastoma Research Organization, where he actively advocates for awareness and fundraising initiatives.Outside of his medical pursuits, Yoni finds joy in the great outdoors, indulging his love for sports and travel. His multifaceted interests reflect a life dedicated to excellence, compassion, and making a positive impact in both the medical field and the wider community
